Referral payments are calculated on fees actually collected by Autonomous Search. Client fees are typically received 30–90 days after the candidate's start date and may be paid in installments. Your 33% referral share is paid as the corresponding client payments are received, subject to any applicable guarantee / refund terms. Duplicate, already-active, or previously known candidates may not qualify for referral credit. Final eligibility is determined by Autonomous Search.

Keep it simple.
Do I need to know which role they should apply for?
No. That is the point. Share someone exceptional and give us whatever context you have. We will assess where they could fit across the searches and relationships we are working on.
Do I need to recruit or screen them?
No. You make the warm introduction; Autonomous handles the recruiting process from there.
How will I know what happens?
Your referral is reviewed within 24 hours whenever possible, and meaningful status updates will be sent directly to the email you submit.
When do I get paid?
Client fees are typically received 30–90 days after the candidate's start date and may arrive in installments. Your 33% referral share is paid as Autonomous receives the corresponding client payment(s), subject to any applicable guarantee / refund terms.
What if Autonomous already knows the person?
If the candidate is already active, previously submitted, or already known in the relevant recruiting pipeline, the referral may not qualify for credit. We will confirm attribution during review.
Can I refer more than one person?
Absolutely. There is no cap, but quality matters far more than volume.
